We have already mentioned above that an affiliate must be of legal age. It remains to be added that the affiliate must be at least 18 years old, even if the age of majority is earlier in his jurisdiction; if in his country the age of majority is 21 years old, for example, he must fulfil this requirement as well.
The relationship within the affiliate programme is based on the KYC principle; if you wish to receive payments from the company, we must know who you are so that we do not accept as affiliates minors or fraudsters whose cooperation has been terminated earlier. If it turns out that an affiliate has provided false information about himself/herself, access to the affiliate account may be blocked and payments in favour of such affiliate may be suspended.
An affiliate has no right to pretend to be a representative of Megapari – you are only informing people about our service and nothing more. Information distributed about the brand’s services must be up-to-date – it is unacceptable to lure potential customers by advertising a bonus offer that has already expired. You should also not embellish the benefits of gambling on the site or promise any non-existent bonuses.
Promotional materials of any kind are developed by the Megapari marketing department, while the affiliate uses them as they are; even changing the font size and colour is prohibited. We are open to creative suggestions, but you may not use your own creative without written permission from your account manager.
An affiliate is solely responsible for the operation of the resource that attracts customers to Megapari. For example, you are responsible for the performance of the site and the adequacy of the materials posted on it, including their relevance and the absence of defamatory information about third parties or companies. If there are costs involved in supporting the affiliate’s advertising campaign, they are entirely the responsibility of the affiliate.
